Wow that is alot of money for only 1 wsropreds theme. Please don’t mix it up SEO and Themes in wsropreds are 2 different things. The best way to go is use a plugin for your SEO like WordPress SEO by Yoast (this is the best SEO plugin for wsropreds and does all your SEO for you, it’s free also!). If you really want to have nice themes take a look at elegant themes , they have around 50 professional themes you can use for only $ 40 per year. If you are happy you can cancel your subscription anytime and you can keep your themes without paying anything.
It is vrtuially impossible to validate now with all the non-validating social widgets, snippets and other code strings and even links.I can make all my code validate in any DTD but, outside code inserts screw the pooch. Bottom line is if Google doesn’t care I am not going to lose sleep over it
